Really good run tonight, I didn't want to push the pace, but I was running with Dave and Steve and they just kept going, so I did my best to keep up. We ran down around the Black Hill, up Main, then back to the store. Steve lost his dinner about 3 miles into the run which was nice! Steve and I slowed down a bit the last .5 mile and Dave extended the run a ways, but we still averaged 6:50 pace for the 9 miles, so that was good.

Dustin- are you coming to the pasta party? I haven't gotten an RSVP from you, so I didn't know. If you are coming, how many and also we are thinking we will have the St. George people pitch in on the pasta rather than bring a side dish since we have so many people coming. Let me know if that is okay.

Ally (Holt) and I are just going to go buy all the pasta stuff at Costco before the party, so if you just want to pitch in on that, that would be great! Thanks. Let me know if your family is coming when you decide.
