Now that I'm done this was a good run, waking up this morning at 3:45 I didn't feel quite so excited.

Anyway we did 20 down the course this morning.  Lots and lots of people out on the course.  I've really been in a rut with my running and I wasn't to thrilled to be going out this morning for a 20 mile run, especially not on the marathon course, which gets really old to me.

However, it turned into a decent run.  I ran the first 7 or 8 mile with Mike and Bill then they both took off and I stopped and went the bathroom.  A few miles later I caught up to Bill but didn't run with him for very long.  Instead I kept the pace pretty good and just pretty much ran by myself, which was actually good for me this morning.

Once I got to the top of Winchester I was pretty much beat.  I saw Marcie and Amber and jogged with them for a moment, then they said they were going to do 3 hard tempo miles to the end.  I said "have fun with that" totally intending not on running with them.  However, I soon found myself staying right with them and then actually running right ahead of them, so I guess it worked out good for me, because it took my mind off the last 3 miles and I ran pretty good to the end which was at the church.

I never caught Mike, that boy was cruising and Wildbull came in not too far behind me, so we all ran decent.

Most of the other guys in the club got out at mile 16 and then did their workout to the park and then cool-down back to the church.  Anyway, I figured their warm-up pace and workout would be quite a bit faster than the shape I'm in right now, so I just decided to run most of this run by myself, which was ok.

Total time was 2:18:44 (6:56 average)

Glad you decided to get out and run. I could use the company next time though.

Great overall avg. Glad you came over. Runs like this go a long ways to helping with race day. Your still faster than you think.

That avg. is awesome. It's good to see you putting in some miles. It's a good motivator. Starting school this week took its toll on my running. How about you?

Maybe this will help bring you out of your rut a little. Nice work.

Budda, fun day at the lake and the run was great. Just one point. You can blow me away anytime you so choose. For selfish reasons its been awesome running with you this year, but I would rather see the extremly fast budda at STG! You still have time my friend.
