Nice overcast morning. Ran 9.5 miles out to the Intermediate School and back via City Park. Legs felt sore, especially the hammy's?

Ran 2 miles easy with Sunny and pushing Jarren in the stroller.  Jarren lasted one mile, then fell asleep which was good.

Your back below 150, sweet! Get the legs ready for Enterprise. I figure abot the time I am running up Little Mtn, You and the Bull will be headed to the 10K. Not sure who has it worse, me going up Little Mtn, or you riding with the Bull, lol.

Actually Cody we are doing a small local 10K down here in Enterprise. So no Des News 10K for me. However, the Enterprise race is pretty fast as it is one of those typical Utah race's down a canyon.
