Longest run since the marathon, and it had its ups and downs, plus the wind was blowing very hard the whole time. I ran over the 600 North powerline trail to Sky Mountain Golf Course and back. The first 4 miles felt good and I moved along pretty good. At the golf course I got a quick drink, then did a few laps around a couple of fairways actually ran a mile on the course. Coming back I started to struggle, I don't think I've been drinking enough lately, actually let me rephrase that enough of the proper liquids. I've been downing sodas no problem, time to get back to the water and gatorade. Anyway, overall happy to have gotten the run in, I got a little cold toward the end of the run. My right hip is still bothering me, but I tried not to think about the pain as much today. Nimbus-378 |
