Club run tonight from the store down through Sunbrook golf course, then back on Sunset. I didn't feel too bad starting out and the first 4.5 miles went pretty good. However, I struggled the last 3 miles. My hip started to really tighten up running up Sunset, Bill was kind enough and ran with me tonight. I had to stop and walk for a few minutes, but I was able to stretch out the hip a little and started up again. Average pace was 8:20, like I said the first 5 miles we were well under 8:00 min pace and not feeling too bad, just taking it easy, but then stopping and walking messed up our overall pace.

I ran in my Nimbus- 369 and used the Superfeet inserts which felt ok.

At this point I haven't given much thought to the half. It sounds like it will be a pretty good race, but I'm still struggling with too many nagging injuries. Hopefully, the next few days I start feeling a little better.
