Boring 5 miles around La Verkin, then over the bridge and then back home. Colder tonight than it has been. Had a pretty stressful day at school, so it was nice to get a short break and go for a run.

I think you should consider cross training until your hip feels better! or just run every other day slow. The cold is killing me to.
