Big Birthday today, finally out of the super fast 30-34 age division.  I didn't have much time this afternoon so I only did 6 miles before heading up to Cedar City to watch Jordan's football game.  I ran up the La Verkin Twist trail, I went out 3 miles and then came back 3.  It was really hot out and I struggled.

Sorry Mike..How could I forget you've been owning me in practice runs, not to mention Utah Valley, you dropped me like I was nothing at mile 20. Bigfoot is definitely someone to watch out for.
