A decent workout this afternoon, once again in the heat.  It was around 102 when I started my workout.  I did a two mile warm-up then did 4x1000m with 2:00 min recovery.  I did this workout over by the cow field on the course I have measured out.

1-3:30 Felt easy

2-3:29 Still feeling  pretty good

3-3:32 Struggling

4-3:35 Ok I'm done.

I was really hoping to be able to do 5, but this was the first time I've done these repeats during this marathon training cycle so I guess I should be happy with 4, plus the heat took quite a bit out of me again.

Did a 3 mile cool-down over to Pah Tempe and then back home.

Great job! But i was wondering do you stop the clock when the Belly crosses the line or the feet?

Good job on the speed workout not bad at all on the times. Also good job taking care of Billy boy today on the long run. It's a dirty job but someone has to do it.
