70 minutes of basketball this morning.

Chilly, windy evening in La Verkin.  I drove over to the Hurricane High track and did a two mile warm-up, then 3x1600m @ LT pace (6:00 min pace) with 400 m recovery

1-5:56 felt easy

2-5:53 another good repeat

3-5:47 

Easy 1 mile cool-down, should have done more, but I was getting cold.

Nice 3 miles around the track. was that on the inside lane or down the middle of the field?
