20 miles down the marathon course.  I really didn't want to go this morning, but I woke up at 3:20 and was wide awake, so I figured ok, I guess that means I supposed to go.  Lots of roadkill out this morning.  Bill and Mike took off pretty fast from the start and I waited a bit for Steve. When we got to Veyo I stopped to use the bathroom.  Steve also stopped so then the rest of the run it was just the two of us.  Steve was good at making me stay positive about the run.  My overall time was about 3:30 slower than what I ran two weeks ago.  I ended the 20 miles with a 1:22:10 (7:07 average).  Anyway still a decent run, my calves have been pretty tight, which is causing problems in my arches, also still dealing with hip pain.

I know what you mean with the calves being tight. I have fought that for the past year. Finally with some massages, scrapping and wearing compression socks I have felt much better. My Achilles is tight about every other run still. I used a heat pack thingy on it last might so that when I ran this morning it felt good and warmed up. My bike riding has been helping me with the hip pain.

Nice job Dustin. Your getting solid workouts in every week. Any 20 is a good 20 in prep for a marathon. Time on feet running (TOFR). One month to go so hang in there and you'll do great.
