Hey I am glad that I am not the only one in the 150's again! Man I have really put on the weight. I started P90X 4 weeks ago and man I have put the weight on. How have you been?

Tyler-I've been slacking with running, no desire but I've also dealing with quite a bit of hip pain again. I have also been pretty busy with work, I'll probably try to start up better after Christmas
Jon- Yeah Broncos are playing better as of late.
