Planned on 6X200 on the track, but pressed the 5th one a bit and felt a little tight in the right hamstring afterward so bailed on the last one. Did them in 40, 39, 37, 36, 33. Ran the ravine trail plus north loop 3-miler for warmup and then two barefoot laps of the infield for cool down. By the end of the cool down, the hammy actually felt fine. The added track work over past couple weeks has helped motivation and kicked up the weight loss effort - under 160 for two mornings in a row - wooooo. Five more pounds ish by start of Summer Track on June 7th and I'll be satisfied. |
