Six in the neighborhood this morning. Pretty creaky to start after 3 days of yard work, but then everything right on target at 7:50-8:00 pace. Down two pounds in two weeks - slow and steady assault on being down 10-12 by Sept 8.

Couldn't think of a way to count the yard work as cross training miles?

Thats a good thought Murphy - Trav's coach once told me some pseudo formula he uses to convert his time on feet during a track or XC meet to miles of running - you dedicated runners are awesome!

Or he could just wear a Garmin at track and xc meets?
