Ravine trail from gardens trailhead at 8 min pace (3 miles) - then, 1 minute on 1 minute off for the 2 flat miles of overstreet - easy warm down for final half mile to car. First time in a month for this workout and felt pretty good. Highlight had to be spooking the barred owl off the trail and seeing him head off down the trail with dead squirrel dangling - ahhh, the circle of life. |
