Break through the 19 then 18 minute mark for 5K

USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Hilly five in the neighborhood this morning.  Cool crisp mornings already done for another few days - bleh.  Was warm and wet, but banged it out for the day.  Racing 5K cross country on Saturday on the beautiful Pebble Hill Plantation - they let the old folks head out first, so maybe it will be decent temps.  Last time I ran this one was the inaugural edition three years ago and it was more like 5 miles than 5K - oops.  Hopefully they have it figured out now.
