Overstreet, ravine plus north loop from the gardens trailhead.  Was 32° on the porch, so probably right at 30 on the trails... really need to consider that move to Sarasota.  Nice to have enough light again to run the trails.  Took 2 miles to get warm, and then just cruised right at 8 min pace.  And away we go...

Ramping up the mileage a little it looks like.

Sorry you had to suffer through those extreme temps. You could look at it as a character builder. Right?

I know, I know - you probably run 15 miles naked when its ALL the way down to 32.

Just trying to get back to 25ish per week - I allowed the week before, the week of and the week after my vacation to slip a bit - back on track now, even in the ridiculously frigid (for me) temps.

BTW, I had nothing positive to add to the comments on your "wrong-way" half - ugh! Well done for the most part :)

Doug - I'm trying not to think too much about the race Saturday. I get pretty steamed every time I do.

I've invested pretty heavily in good cold/wet/snowy weather gear for running. So I can come up with the right ensemble for all but the most hellish conditions and be fairly comfortable. Then there's the treadmill.

Is Travis ready for the final push?
