legs felt fine, heart rate under control, foot is feeling better. I had some hamstring pain on the left, patellar pain on the left, and my right ankle has some tendinitis. I'm icing it now. It was hard to breathe today but I feel a little congestion. No equipment issues. Need to get MP3 player ready with marathon mix

Good today.  Started out a little sore in my foot but it loosened up.  I need to remember to start out a little slower.  It seems like I take longer to get into a rhythm when I bring my heart rate up too fast.

Finally feel like I'm getting my legs back.  Recovery is in sight. 

Some foot pain.  No hip or knee pain.  Stomach a little queasy and a little congested.
