| warm-up 2.56 miles. total time 24:58. had 4 striders during this warm-up.
5K time trial with Andrew pacing. time 24:23.5 splits 7:51.7, 7:51.0 7:52.4, 0:48.4 ave HR 135. My plan was 7:55 x 2 then speed up a lot with the goal of 24:15. I was a little bit ahead of my plan through 2 miles. I didn't have that extra gear that I thought I might have. It was a very even run.
2.45 mile cool down. already very slow. 25:30 total time. ave HR 116.
