total time 91:50. I slept really poorly which I atttribute to my new medication. originally the plan for this run was 2 miles warm-up 1 mile hard x 3 with a 1 mile cool down. I ahve been feeling so poorly on this medication that I adjusted the plan to just 2 miles hard- 1 at 5 miles the second at 8 miles. My water bottles had gatorade which is heavier and they kept falling out of my running belt. I stopped twice to pick up bottle. eah time the break did me good. I also had 1 traffic stop prior to the first hard mile. I stopped right after the hard mile for at least a minute then right before the second hard mile for at least a minute. During the last mile I walked for 30 seconds then later for 15 seconds. splits 9:13, 9:15, 9:03, 9:06, 9:06, 8:36, 9:18, 9:32, 8:38, 10:03. average HR 132. previous week when I was mildly ill HR 128. Back on May 2nd while feeling well I ran 89:52 for 10 miles and had an average HR of 126.
