total time 58:41. plan was warm-up 1 mile then repeat 1K intervals with 1 minute standing recovery in between each. the 1 minute was NOT on the clock. felt pretty good although this was hard... splits 9:27, 7:39, 7:37, 7:51, 7:57, 8:06, 10:04. ave HR 133.
next time I might put include the 1 minute rests in the time so I can get interval times for each kilometer. if I had done this today it would have added 7 minutes to the time... 65:41.
