total running time 62:03. plan was 9 min warm-up then 1 min up-tempo alternating with 2 minutes recovery through the 6 mile mark then 1 mile cool down. I did this work-out on 3 Nov in heavier shoes, but this time in lighter shoes. splits 9:18, 8:40, 8:35, 8:31, 8:39, 8:45, 9:35. ave HR 125. What a difference a week makes! about 3 minutes 30 seconds faster for the total time. it was cold!
