Early morning Crossfit "Fran" 21-15-9 thrusters pull-ups
Lunch-time Run on the tonaquint/dixie ctr loop. First 3 miles is uphill @ 8:20 pace ave, and the rest is pretty much downhill or flat. Ave pace 7:53. Nice day, nice weather!
