Well... I decided to go for it today and run the 3:40 goal. Foot and ankle held up for most of the race.. Last 5 miles were a challenge to say the least. I finished almost 3 minutes faster than my goal and did a negative split by over a minute. Cathy did very well with a 4:10. Her goal was 4:30. Elijah (11 yr old) got 5th in his division with 4:21. We all did exceptional today. I had a massage later that day... nice! I won it at the expo. |
