AM - Swam 3100 (500 alternate, 1000, 5X100 drills, 500 pull, 300 free, 100 breast, 100 back, 100 free).

The back to back swims were tough!! I didn't feel right until half way through my 1000. But I got my 10K swim for the week. YEAH!!
