Good run today. I ran the bloomington hills loop. This has many hills of large and small variety. I measured the run in 3 laps. Lap 1 was the first 3.5 miles with an ave pace of 8:28. Lots of uphills the first lap. Lap 2 was the next 3.5 miles with an ave pace of 8:06. The ground was more flat or downhill. The last mile was suppose to be a cool down. Well... I cool downed with a 7:45 pace. I iced the right foot and ankle after the run. It's getting better! Morning workout was P90X plyometrics for one hour. Excellent workout!!! |
