I went out for an easy run and just carried the garmin to chime in the mile markers. I started out very easy and progressively ran faster each mile. I did the same thing Monday for my easy run. My mile splits: mile 1 = 9:07, mile 2 = 8:37, mile 3 = 8:31, mile 4 = 8:19, mile 5 = 8:06, mile 6 = 8:00, and the tenth was a 7:57 pace. |
