The whole run averaged 8:30 which is 5 seconds under my marathon goal pace. My run was late in the day because I choose to ride my bike this morning. I went to yoga and really put the moves on in class. Then I ran home. I know a ran a couple miles under an 8:00 pace. Running sure has felt good over the last 5 weeks. Yesterday I swam a mile. I have been working up to that for the last 4 weeks. It got easier to swim the long I kept at it. I could have swam longer, but I didn't want to over do it. I have biked to work every day this week and been doing more strenth training. |
