Biked 42 miles after work.  I did a tempo ride for the first 10 miles.  Average speed = 21 mph.  Picked up Cathy for a ride to Kayenta and back.  This was more of a hill ride and I pushed Cathy a little harder than normal.  She did alright!!

I ate a small dinner and 3 glasses of water, then I ran a 3.1(5k) to my office from home in 23:39 (splits: 8:15, 7:32, 7:09). I took about a 15 minute break to answer some emails and then headed home for another 3.1(5k) run. Second 5k at a 22:02 (splits: 7:00, 7:12, 7:05). I was testing myself to see if a 3:20 marathon in 3 weeks is possible. I have my doubts, but I did just run 24 miles on saturday and I just biked 42 miles on hill terrain. And the cramps from eating and drinking may have played into it!?
