First I ran to work to change a setting on some eqiuipment I left running.  I made this my warm up run since it was down hill and 3 miles (9:05 pace).

Next, I took a 3 mile (8:58 pace) up-hill climb that left me breathless by the time I got to the top. I'm glad I pushed myself.

The next 5 miles was a slight to gradual downhill.  My pace got up to 8:11 at times but the average ended up being 8:41. Ran 1 mile cool down with walking (10:26 pace)  I feel really good.  I made myself a 3 egg omlet wrapped over fried spaghetti, salsa, and mozzarella cheese... yummm!!

Yesterday, I biked 19 miles.  During the middle of the ride I stopped at the City pool to swim 34 laps, then rode home.  Good day!

Biked to work everyday this week.
