Ran early in the morning with Hyrum for 2.2 miles. We did 25 minutes of P90X cardioX for a warm-up. That seemed to help him adjust better to the initial start of running. Our average pace was 9:59.
After work, I ran easy with Britnee to the rec center for yoga class. I dropped her off at the center after 5.5 miles, and then I ran 2 more miles.
Mile SPlits: 9:30, 9:22, 9:35, 9:40, 9:32, 9:02, 8:12, and last 0.5 mile at 7:52 pace.
