Ran with friends, paced Breanna so she could get a rockin PR, and had a fun race.  It was nice not to push this one, but I did like the new course! I picked it up on the last 5k... Breanna really appreciated that!!

Splits: 7:22, 7:34, 7:30, 7:28, 7:23, 7:26, 7:43, 7:24, 7:43, 7:50, 7:11, 7:16, 7:02, and 6:18(0.1 mile)

No bike ride today. We went to Las Vegas to get us fitted on our bikes. WOW... he made big changes to my bike. The guy wanted to do more but my bike was limited for all the corrections I needed. He said I am too flexible and that my handle bars should be down on the front tire... :D Too Funny!! I'm going riding tomorrow.

Man, that's fast! You're saying you're faster than that? Geez!

My best was a 1:30 3 moths ago and I felt I still didnt run that hard. The speed is a new thing... I started doing speed work faithfully about 10 months ago! :)

Another trip to St George, and still no Ben and Kathie. Burt suggested I shave FRB into my chest next time around....not sure if that is a bad or brilliant idea.

Great job, though, glad you had a good time and that is really fast for just havin' fun!

I cant believe we missed you again. We were hangin out at the flag pole at the beginning. Cathy was standing up in the air on a pedestal looking for friends.

Kelli - it's brilliantly bad.

Ben - that's great that you put your wife on a pedestal.

But I will always be her stepping stone!!

We hung out inside for too long I think! We came out in time for the anthem, then I kept looking for people but I am no good at it at all. BUMMER. Next time (the marathon, I suppose) we will have to make an official plan. If I had only known she would be on the pedestal!!!
