Very sunny and warm today... 85 F in St George.  I ran from home up-hill to the Rec Center.  Cathy was there attending a zumba class.  After class, she took me to the Del Taco... :)

Mile Splits: 8:41, 8:24, 8:20, 8:14, 8:04, 7:48, & the last 0.1 mile at 6:03 pace

Nope... paradise was fun, but I am glad to be home! Back to routine and normality!!
