I ran uphill both ways today. Last nights workout really left the legs numb. It probably didn't help that I started on a hill and finished on a hill. Over-all the run was easy and I averaged a 8:45 pace.
Went to yoga class tonight!

Just came across your blog and noticed you are from St. George. Hope your training is going good. We have a running group that meets at 8:00 pm on Thursdays at the St. George Running Center.

Thursday nights we usually do around 7 to 8 miles and Saturdays usually 15 to 20 miles.
What kind of road bike do you have?

I have a motobecane... it's equivalent to a middle ranged specialize. I love the bike. I feel like I am better able to compete at the triathlons!!!
