Since we have a meet on Saturday we did our longer run today. I would have felt better with 9 miles but I didn't see the necessity to push it too much so I just cut it at 8. It may have been a little more because it was about 1:04 time. We ran up to Hogle Zoo and then back down. Okay so I actually ended up running another 2 in the afternoon to make 10. My coach wants me to be between 35 and 38 this week and he wanted 9-10 for today so I bumped it. Felt good. :) I then just went for a little swim. |
