Went to Payne Gym at 6:30 am and did some weight training on the legs. Right after that we ran out to Sugar House Park and did 8 intervals of 800 meters at 2:45 or under. Beastly... We kept our split spread at no more than 5 seconds so we were right on each time. Then we came back and did some core. I went and got in a ice bath for 12 minutes and it pretty much felt way good. |
