Ran from Hillside Ln up to the top of Millcreek Canyon.  To the top is about 11 miles from the house we were at and then we ran one mile back down to where a truck was parked for us.  (Thank Heavens!)  That was one beast of a run.  Lots of deathly uphill.

Very glad you came. Young blood always quickens us old guys. It is a beast, as you say, but there's not too many places in this valley as beautiful or as close as Millcreek Canyon. My legs are letting me know this might have been a little too much one week away from PC. You'll have to run it in winter sometime (call me if you do)where it's snow packed from the gate to the top.
