Today was grand!  I ran 4 miles!  Woop woop!  I did an out and back on the base road at about a 7:10 pace.  I was loving life!  My legs felt great!

I then took my bike on one loop around the base.  I am a bit saddle sore these days.  I think I need to take one day off from riding.  It's just too fun though!  The loop took me just over an hour.  I pushed about 15 mph on the hill climb at the end.  Good ride.

I was going to lift a bit but there was little motivation.  By the time I got up to the weight area in the gym and saw all the people it dwindled. I stretched and left.

Great run! Check your pace... so fast! I am excited to running with you a little on Saturday. Great ride as well.

Thanks! The pace felt real nice! I hope I can run with you! I wouldn't want to break any rules for your teams sake.
