3.5 miles @ lunch
This was supposed to be a Track workout, but I misjudged the driving distance to the track.
I did a two mile warm-up and then wanted to do 4-6 800's. I only had time for two with an active 400m recovery after each. Oh well, I'll have to find a better time to do this kind of workout.
