My wife Amy has started the Couch to 5k training program. She is by no means a couch potato, but she said that she sees the fastest results (body wise) when she jogs rather than walks. In the past I think that she has been a little over ambitious with running and has strained muscles and thrown her hips out of wack with starting too strong. I think that most people have done the same.
Anyways, we headed to the track yesterday for the first workout..... always fun doing anything with my wife.
