I left the house ridiculously early this morning..... 3:11 am.  I felt that it was worthwhile in an attempt to beat the heat & humidity that is on tap for the day.  I knew that my wife wanted to get a walk in around 5 am as well before starting her workday.  I joined her to try and keep things moving after my run.
