From the time I woke up, I had an uncomfortable twinge in my lower back. I thought it might be from the workout on Saturday, so I decided to take it easy. 3.04 miles at lunch time, 4.90 stroller miles before dinner. Was nice to tune it back a little. 12 days til my next race.

16 miles in the morning. 1 hour easy and then a 1 hour aerobic builder. Keeping it simple and tapering down this week. Trying to balance catering to family that is visiting and also being disciplined in my race preparation.

4 miles hiking around Cress Creek. My little brother gave me a good workout chasing him up the hill side.
