Lunch time workout. 5x1 mile at threshold pace. Averaged around 7:00/mile. Definitely NOT back where I was pre-tendinitis. I feel like I'm relearning how to run fast. (7.04 in 53:18)

Thanks Jeff, I just noticed my typo in this post (I meant to say "NOT back where I was pre-tendinitis). Even as is, I am pretty grateful to simply be able to go running every day again.
