An unfortunate running experience. 90 minutes easy on the treadmill. My Achilles felt a slight twinge, certainly nothing that has been a concern before. Well now a day later it is uncomfortable to the point that I know I should not run. Darn! (11.7 in 90:00)

sorry. at least you aren't making it any worse, though. discipline and patience in the short term usually pays off. better a few days off now than a few weeks or months off later.
