Home today. Treadmill workout. One mile warmup, then a half marathon, keeping the heart rate at 159-160bpm. Kept it pretty accurate the whole time. Started at 9 mph, then got down to 8.8mph by mile 5 and stayed there the rest of the run. Picked up the pace to 8.9 mph for mile 13 and 9 mph for the last 0.1. 1 mile cooldown. In total, the half marathon took 1:29:04, so I think I've more successfully proven to myself that a sub-3 marathon in Ogden in May is feasible! I was also able to do it without added nutrition during the run.

Absolutly, an impressive progression again! Think we will need to run at least 1:25 for the HM to get sub3 in the marathon!
