Great workout this morning. 2 mile warm up. 6 sets of 1 mile at threshold pace with 1 minute recoveries, immediately followed by 4 sets of 200s at repetition pace with 200 jog recoveries, immediately followed by 2 more sets of 1 mile at threshold pace with a 1 minute recovery in between. 1 mile easy, then 4 sets of 400s at repetition pace with 400 jog recoveries.
