Mile warmup and thne 7x1minute at mile pace. Averaged around 6:00/mi. It is about 6 hours later and I don't feel quite as good as I usually do that long after a workout. I don't feel bad just a little more tired, such that I really don't want to do a double today. Either it's too early after my marathon, or my workouts are usually too easy (or short because I usually don't have more than 50 minutes for a mid-week workout).
