AM: (9 miles) - Had a great workout this morning.  I met Matt, Riley, Ken, Ben, and Dave at Smith's to do the same workout as last week around the tempo loop.  Matt and I were really lucky today, because we had Riley pacing us again along with Ben and Ken.  We did a five mile progression run.  Average pace: 7:15 (8:12, 7:52, 6:35, 6:34, 6:26, 6:20, 6:00, 8:49, & 8:23).

PM: (2.33 miles) - I met Kaitlyn in South Ogden for an easy run to shake my legs out and to help her get into shape.  Average pace: 10:23 (9:53 & 10:46).
