I just didn't have it. I was going to run 7 or 8 but it just wasn't there. Legs were heave, ankle was aching (not Monday's twisted ankle), and I couldn't even run a 10 minute mile. So at two miles I turned around to cut my run short and save some energy for tomorrow. The last mile I actually started to feel good and could have run farther, but I was already home. Oh well. |
