The temp was 20 degrees this morning but I didn't run until noon when it had made it clear to the upper 30s. Strong wind again today like last night but the sun made it a lot nicer. Ran another 8 miles up to the reservoir. It's gorgeous up there right now with the leaves all in full color. Hip was still a bit sore so I kept it real slow again. 8:44 AP.

Man, did you have any summer? 20's and 30's...? I think I like 100 better. I'd have to quit running if I lived up there! Have you been cycling much? My hip is still a little irritated at times but the cycling doesn't seem to bother it.

We've been having nice 70 degree days for a while now so this was kind of a quick drastic change. At least when it's cold out and I dress properly I don't get cold. When it's 100 I get hot ;)

I've only ridden my bike once in the past month. I definitely need to get back after it.
