This morning I went for an 8 mile run. No "When animals attack" events today to report. Just a nice plain uneventfull morning run at an 8:31 pace.

PM  3 more easy miles around 9 min. pace.

I'm sorry you got trashed by the cat! They are vicious little animals! Like Tom said, I have scars! Those puncture wounds they give are quite painful! I was wearing capri pants and flip flops when I got attacked. Tom was wearing levis and the dang cat even got through them! I was lucky enough to not get cat scratch fever. I hope you are the same! I think I remember that it can take up to 4 weeks for the symptoms to show up. Good luck! And glad it was a nice plain uneventful morning today!

What prevoked it to attack you? Did it have to do with dogs also?
